We are a small, purpose-driven brand founded by someone who understands what it’s like to juggle work, responsibilities, and personal growth while trying to stay well. Our passion for real, accessible self-care comes from lived experience through healing, burnout, and rediscovery. We’ve created this space as a gentle, inspiring reminder that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish it’s powerful.

Meet the Founder
Gail, (or G-Robi is what she likes to be called) is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher-in-training with a heart for making yoga both accessible and deeply meaningful. Passionate about mindfulness and breath as anchors for well-being, G-Robi’s practice is rooted in compassion, presence, and the belief that yoga meets you exactly where you are.
Currently deepening her studies in Yoga Nidra and Pranayama, Gail brings a calming, intentional energy to every class inviting students to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with themselves on a profound level. With a special emphasis on wrist-friendly movement and inclusive approaches, Gail creates a welcoming space for all bodies and backgrounds.
Blending breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, and yoga philosophy, Gail’s classes offer more than just a physical practice they offer a path to self-discovery, rest, and renewal.
